Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to the amazing front desk staff, especially Matt who went above and beyond to assist us. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities. However, the lack of an elevator and some issues with water pressure on the second floor were slight drawbacks. Overall, it's a great value for the price with a friendly atmosphere and proximity to everything we needed.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which had clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which really made a difference. The location was good for what I needed, though I felt the price was a bit on the higher side, especially for the room I had that didn’t offer a view. Breakfast options were decent, but there’s room for improvement.
During my stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the stunning mountain views and found the room to be clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions, but the noise from adjoining rooms was quite bothersome at night. Despite the friendly staff and a decent breakfast, I had an unfortunate situation with a lost item that wasn't handled well, which left me disappointed. Overall, it's a mixed experience, with some great aspects and a few notable drawbacks.
I had a great experience at the hotel with some standout features like the friendly front desk staff and clean rooms. The breakfast options were interesting, especially with hard-boiled eggs for a change, but I felt it could have been more substantial. The overall value for the money is there, especially for a group, but the breakfast could use some improvement.
We had a comfortable stay during our quick getaway to Estes. The rooms were clean and provided a lovely view of the mountains. While the breakfast was quite basic, it was sufficient for our needs. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, but some amenities could use a bit of improvement, like the bathroom setup and safety concerns with the AC unit's extension cord.
